Returns & Refund Eligibility ✅
We accept refunds only in cases where the product has arrived with major damage or manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a refund, an unedited unboxing video must be shared with us. The video should clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or pauses.
Non-Refundable Situations ❌
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Minor damages, dents, or wear from handling
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Missing or edited unboxing video
- Color or texture variations due to lighting or screen differences
Refund Process 💸
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through Instagram, as per our order and payment flow. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect after approval.
How to Raise a Refund Request 📩
If you believe your product qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and the unboxing video. Our team will review the request and get back to you as soon as possible.
